This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit codepartner.pl (the “Website”) or contact us through it. We handle your data lawfully, transparently and only to the extent necessary.

2. What data we collect and why
Contact / quote form
When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide: your first name and surname, email address and message, and – if you choose to add them – your company name, phone number, the type of project and an indicative budget. When the form is sent, our system also records your IP address, the date and time, and the page it was sent from, together with the fact that you gave your consent. We use this information solely to read, answer and follow up on your enquiry and to prepare a quote.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records technical information in access logs – such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps. This is used to keep the site running securely and to diagnose problems.
Cookies
This Website uses a single functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers your language choice. It does not track you. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie consent banner – functional cookies are exempt from consent under EU rules. See section 8.
3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6)
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote – Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) (your consent, given via the checkbox on the form).
- Server logs and website security – Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.
- Functional language cookie – Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in showing the site in your preferred language.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep the information you send through the form only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. If our exchange does not lead to a collaboration, we delete your message within a reasonable period (no longer than 24 months), unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer – for example, tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for the standard period applied by our hosting provider.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Your data may be processed on our behalf by:
- our hosting provider, which stores the Website and its data on our behalf;
- our email provider, through which the form notification reaches us.
These providers act as our processors and may only use the data to provide their service to us. Fonts on this site are self-hosted, so visiting it does not send your data to Google Fonts or any similar third party.
6. International data transfers
Your personal data is stored and processed on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw any consent at any time (which does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. If you live in another EU country, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use only one cookie:
pll_language– a functional cookie that stores your language preference so the site is shown in the right language. It contains only a language code (for example “en”, “it”, “pl”) and does not identify you or track your activity.
Because we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may reset your language preference.
9. Providing your data is voluntary
You are not obliged to contact us or provide any data. However, the fields marked as required on the form are necessary for us to be able to reply – without them we cannot process your enquiry.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
11. Security
The Website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
